Kazi is a highly-qualified professional who has earned multiple degrees namely: a BBA-Major in Accounting & MIS Degree from Winona State University (MN) in 2001, and an MBA Degree Major in Finance & Mgmt from Frostburg State University in 2005.

As a professional accountant, Kazimet hundreds of taxpayers unable to pay their taxes because of IRS mistakes, lack of information or knowledge, confusion, procrastination or bad financial decisions. Because of this, he used his degrees along with his many years of accountancy experience, to start E & R Tax and Payroll Solutions to meet this need that he saw. As of now, E & R Tax and Payroll Solutions is an authorized E-FILE provider by IRS.
